The truth about NAFTA controversy surfaces

The Toronto Globe and Main is reporting that it was the Clinton campaign and not Obama’s which contacted the Canadian diplomats assuring them that her NAFTA stance was more of a political posturing. It will be interesting to see how the ignorant US media plays this out!

The news agency quoted that source as saying that Mr. Brodie said that someone from Ms. Clinton’s campaign called and was “telling the embassy to take it with a grain of salt.”

How to draw caricatures like a pro

Tom Richmond, a Mad Magazine Humorous Illustrator, in a first of a serious of articles shares his theories, methods and processes on how to draw caricatures.

“These kinds of things always start out with a definition, but “caricature” is a hard thing to pigeonhole into a single sentence. When nothing else works, find a picture

Looks like the Clinton camp is getting desperate, now that being nice is not working for them against Obama, they have removed the facade, and gone negative. While one side uplifts the American voter and brings them together, the other side thinks the American voter is naive enough to fall for an old picture trick! But, if it does come down to a picture, I wonder which one scares the Amercian voter more? After all it’s a fear tactic.

Asked about his age (he will turn 74 on Wednesday), Mr. Nader said, “The only aging is the erosion of one’s ideals.”

“Well, you know his being on the Green Party prevented Al Gore from being the greenest president we’ve ever had,” Mrs. Clinton said. “And I think that’s really unfortunate.”
